Dpr Wholesalers

One of my favourite wholesalers. Convenient parking outside the building, so you don’t have travel far with your goods to get to your vehicle. They open 7 days a week, which is great for business owners who have very little time to purchase stock. They work very hard to keep the place stocked up and tidy. They can get busy so do go in the early hours if you can. New staff are not as friendly as the older ones, they avoid or even ignore customers.

Bunch of crooks, they charged me £4 extra for nothing on my bank card, despite buying £200 worth of goods. I told the cashier kindly, why am I getting charged extra? He was very rude and unprofessional, since he said it's part of the company policy to get charged £4 extra. I asked for the manager on duty, he said the same thing as the cashier. Never shopping here again.

I have just come from DPR.......all I can say is NEVER AGAIN.....I was there with a friend & her child minding our own business looking around where we were then surrounded by FOUR staff cornering us like thieves to tell us no children allowed....then one off them attempted to touch me (like seriously, dont know where his hands have been).....We were then told minimum spend was £100 spend (let me add at first it was £50🤔) but as it was our 1st time there I could get what I came for on this occasion while my friend waited at the front.....i get to the till to then be told NO , has to be a £100..... My advice to you DPR, firstly all off you need classes in customer care, secondly sign post your entrance with important information like NO CHILDREN & MINIMUM SPEND

The people that work here are total LOONIES, I gave in my registration form before shopping. Thinking the guy would register me, as he told me not to worry. When I reached the tills after shopping for an hour and a half, the till guy couldn't find my company name as it wasn't registered. He told me to go back to one of his colleagues to check and I found out that they didn't register me and told me that they'd check me out via cash invoice. Once AGAIN told me to not to worry as an email with a company address information invoice will be sent via email. Was frustrated but thought okay they'll send one via email. IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW and I even emailed but no response. PLEASE AVOID SHOPPING HERE!!

Last year I was shopping in this cash and carry while I was heavily pregnant. One of the owners came up to me, and accused me of putting a bad review on his poxy cash and carry!! I was shocked and terrified of this man! He made me feel so low while I was pregnant with his foul mouth. He said to me my money wont make a difference in his business. His behaviour was despicable. My father was disgusted by his actions towards me and wrote a review, shockingly the nasty man did not like the review so he decided to contact my father via telephone. I have family and friends who shop in this cash and carry, they have stopped now. No public can speak or write anything negative about him or his business otherwise he will come down like a storm on you. Greed has got to him! This person should be ashamed of himself troubling a pregnant women. My husband wanted to meet this nasty man however as we got dignity it was not even worth facing this nasty piece of work, as he has already made himself look like a right low life. On the brighter side I shop at another cash and carry brilliant staff and shopping experience, even better as its CLEANER, brighter, and warmer its called EFG.
